Howard is survived by son, Howard Fred Norris, III and daughters Mary Elizabeth Shelley & husband Scott, Janette Louise Parrish & husband James, Megan L. Norris, and Kathleen E. Norris; grandchildren Danielle Alyse Shelley, Robert Scott Shelley, Benjamin Andrew Shelley, Zachary Lee Bowman, and LilyAnne Elizabeth Ellis; and brother Alan Edward Norris & wife Barbara. A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 1, 2011 at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, TX.
