Neblett Orlando Sentinel, The (FL) - Thursday, November 30, 2006 FL United States NEBLETT, LCDR ROBERT E., USN (RET.), age 81, of Winter Park, passed away on November 23, 2006 at Avante of Orlando. LCDR Neblett was born on August 7, 1925 in Havana, Cuba to the late Sterling A. and Mertle (Hargon) Neblett. LCDR Neblett is survived by his wife of 20 years, Lucy Ann Neblett; his sons, Michael Neblett and Alan (Marybeth) Eckland and daughters, Christina Neblett and Barbara (Ron) Davis; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service for LCDR Neblett will be held Saturday, December 2, 2006 at 11AM in the Howell Branch Chapel of Collison Family Funeral Homes with U.S. Navy officiating with full military honors will follow the services. Arrangements are entrusted to COLLISON FAMILY FUNERAL HOMES AND CREMATORY HOWELL BRANCH CHAPEL, 3806 Howell Branch Road, Winter Park, FL 32792.
