More detail on this person: Richard Anson Norton Sr. OBITUARIES St. Louis Post-Dispatch (MO) - Thursday, November 23, 2000 71, of Dittmer and formerly of Cedar Hill, died Friday (Nov. 17, 2000) at home. Mr. Norton was retired after serving as a chief warrant officer with the Army. The funeral was Monday at Chapel Hill Mortuary in Cedar Hill. Burial was in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in south St. Louis County. Among survivors are a son, Dr. Dean Norton of St. Louis; a daughter, Rebecca Norton of Cedar Hill; his mother, Gwendolyn Norton of Eureka; a sister, Iris Turner of Hawthorn, Nev.; a brother, Henry Norton of Washington; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
