More detail on this person: Pilot Normam Niswonger, 31, of Piqua, was killed Saturday (12/15/79) when the shaft driving the tail rotor of his helicopter snapped and his craft plunged to the ground out of control. NISWONGER was president of Helitractor Corp., which leased the copter to WHIO-TV of Dayton.

Had tail rotor failure in Ohio and flew aircraft into ground to avoid houses.
