More detail on this person: A Centerville man died Saturday afternoon when his pickup truck struck a guardrail on Interstate 195 and rolled over. State police identified the victim of the crash, which occurred at about 3:35 p.m., as Burtis G. Parcels, 64. State police said Parcels' 2003 Toyota Tundra was traveling east on I-195 when it veered off the right shoulder and then re-entered the road and struck the right-hand guardrail. The truck rolled over and came to rest in the right travel lane with Parcels trapped inside. The driver was wearing a seat belt. Emergency medical technicians pronounced Parcels dead at the scene. State police closed all travel lanes for about an hour while the accident was investigated. The crash remains under investigation.
