More detail on this person: Fred M. Perryman III Fred M. Perryman III, U.S. Army Retired, loving and devoted husband and father was called by our Lord and entered into rest on May 7, 2004. He leaves behind his wife of 43 years, Bobby; his loving children, Patsy, Vicki, Fred and Thomas; son-in-law, Tommy and sister-in-law, Noot, whom he loved like a son and daughter; seven grandchildren; brother, Bill Altman; numerous other relatives, friends and his puppy, Missy. Fred always gave of himself, expecting nothing in return. He was a rock for all of us to lean on. He will be in our hearts forever as he supplied the love, laughter and strength for us all. A special thanks to everyone at University Hospital Transplant Clinic for their love and caring. SERVICES Visitation will be held on Monday, May 10, 2004 from 2:00 to 9:00 P.M. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at 12:00 Noon at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North with Reverend Brad Wheeler of Northeast Baptist Church officiating. Concluding Service and Interment will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery with Full Military Honors. Mission Park Funeral Chapels North.
