More detail on this person: MAJ (later LTC) Benjamin Pim, was my CO during my short stint with the Robin Hoods in the fall of 1966.

I arrived in the unit in Sep, 1966 and was transferred to the 119th (Gators/Crocs) just before Thanksgiving of that year and as well as I can remember he was CO when I arrived. MAJ Pim was a helluva pilot and a great CO. I am sorry to hear of his untimely demise.
