More detail on this person: EDWARD MICHAEL RUDZINSKI EDWARD MICHAEL RUDZINSKI Daily Press (Newport News, VA) - Wednesday, October 12, 2011 Edward Michael Rudzinski, 63, a native of Philadelphia and 29 year resident of Hampton, passed away on Friday, Sept. 30, 2011. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, retiring with the rank of Major. After retirement he was the Tradoc Ammunition Manager at Fort Monroe. He was a member of St. Mary*s Star of the Sea Catholic Church. Ed was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 31 years, Barbara in 2007. He is survived by his son, Edward 'Mike' Rudzinski II; brothers, John and Robert. A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, Oct. 15, at 1 p.m. at the St. Mary's School Cafeteria, 14 N Willard Ave., in Hampton.
