More detail on this person: Donald Walter Reck Donald Walter Reck of Enterprise passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2008 in Flowers Hospital in Dothan. He was 73. Memorial services with Masonic rites will be at 2 pm Saturday, January 3, 2009 at Green Hill Presbyterian Church with Dr. Dan McMillan officiating and Sorrells Funeral Home of Enterprise directing. The family requests memorail donations be amde to Shriners Hospitals for Children, Office of Development, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607. Mr. Reck was born January 26, 1935 in Milwaukee, WI to the late George and Ida Thomas Reck. He was in the military 29 ½ years, serving as a pilot, in the infantry and artillery units. He was the first graduate of the helicopter school at Ft. Rucker. He served two tours in Viet Nam and had several overseas stations. He was a member of Green Hill Presbyterian Church. Survivors include his wife, Janice Reck, Enterprise; 2 sons: Christopher Reck (Melissa Jane), Prattville, AL, and Timothy Reck, Enterprise; 4 grandchildren: Sean Reck, Colin Reck, Hannah Reck, Jessica Reck; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
