Burial in Hamilton Memory Gardens, Hamilton/Weston, Marion County, Alabama. W.T. Allison officiating. Mr. Rye was born December 23rd, 1942, to Gordy and Lena Rye in Childersburg, Alabama. He is survived by his children, Bruce Rye, Byron Rye, Bart (Cheri) Rye, Darryl (Twanya) Williford, and Rhonda (Ronnie) Crane; grandchildren, Cassidy Williford, Morgan Rye, Jacob Rye, Andrew Rye, Lucas Rye, Casey Williams, Ashley Williford, and Dustin Williford; great-grandchildren, Conner Williams and Braydon Williams; and a host of nieces and nephews, friends, and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his wife, Wavolene Rye; his parents, Gordy and Lena Rye; and 1 brother, Dwayne Rye.
