RUSTERHOLTZ, 76, of Cordova, retired major from the Marine Corps after 33 years, died Wednesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Family Funeral Care Summer Avenue Chapel has charge. He was a World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War veteran, aircraft maintenance officer and recipient of many military awards including the Good Conduct Medal with four stars, Presidential Service Medal with one star and Cross of Gallantry with Palm. He leaves a daughter, Marcia Emerson of Memphis; two sons, Brian L. Rusterholtz of Lucas, Texas, and Karl J. Rusterholtz of Happy Valley, Ore.; a caregiver, Geri J. Rusterholtz of Memphis, and two grandchildren. The family requests that memorials be sent to Navy Marine Corps Relief Society of Arlington, Va.
