More detail on this person: Shot while trying to subdue a gunman on a rampage in a hospital.Environmental services director at West Anaheim Medical Center, was shot while helping to subdue an enraged gunman who was apparently upset over his mother dying recently of a heart attack. She had had hip surgery at this hospital several months earlier.

Robertson was shot down twice in Vietnam. Although there is no correlation, the gunman was of Vietnamese descent.
