More detail on this person: Grant Lee South, 59 Huntsville Times, The (AL) - Thursday, January 18, 2007 Dec. 25, 1947 - Jan. 16, 2007 Grant Lee South, 59, of Huntsville passed away Tuesday at a local hospital. He was retired from the U.S. Army and had a true love for fishing. He is survived by the love of his life, Mary South; three daughters, Shawna King and husband, Kerry, of Athens, Ga., Shannon South of McDonough, Ga., and Shara South of Senoia, Ga.; three grandchildren, Robert, Ryan and Olivia King; three sisters, April Potter, Shelly Clark and Valerie South; and one brother, Tracy South. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Valhalla Funeral Home. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Huntsville Christian Church with Minister Jim Bliffen officiating. Burial will follow.
