More detail on this person: Samuel L Scott, CW2, Panther 32, 8/71-8/72 passed away October 2, 2015. He served with the 361ST ACE/AWC as a Cobra pilot. He was awarded the DFC, BS/S, AM/28, ARCOM, VCG/BS and VCG/Palm. He retired in 1984 with 20 years service. While in Vietnam Scotty would have his wife send him large boxes of really cheap make-up which he would give to the local girls to take down town Pleiku and resell at exorbitant prices. He was a true capitalist. He and his wife Martha moved to Belize and operated a mini resort for 20 years before bad health forced him to move back to the States. He is survived by his wife and numerous family members.
