More detail on this person: My father retired
as a Major in 1979. He was the Commander of Flat
Iron at Ft. Rucker, AL. I am not sure what unit he
was with in Vietnam. After he passed, many
records were lost from his house. However, he was
there in 1970. He flew OH-58's. See attached

His cause of death was due to a heart attack. He
had been going back and forth with the VA about
his percentage of disability due to being exposed
to Agent Orange and his deteriorating health. Just
days before his death they reinstated him to 100%.
