He passed away Monday, October 14, 2013. Mr. Spaulding was preceded in death by his father; wife, Karen Arnett Spaulding; and step-father, Alfred Nichols. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 17, 2013 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bobbie A. Jones, officiating. The family visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday at the Chapel. Interment will be held at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Lebanon National Cemetery, 20 Highway 208, Lebanon, KY 40033.
