More detail on this person: Ralph C. Sullivan Son of Preston Sullivan and Velma (Bishop) Sullivan Runnels. Published Laurel Leader-Call, Wednesday, November 15, 1978. Two-Vehicle Crash Kills Ex-Resident A Laurel native, Ralph C. Sullivan, and wife were killed Tuesday night in a two-car collision, according to Texas Public Safety officials. Sullivan, 48, and Freda Cruse Sullivan, 59, both of Woodville, Texas, died in the 9 pm collision. Another Woodville man, U. M. Follie, 69, was also listed as a fatality in the accident which occurred less than a mile south of Warren, Texas, on Highway 69, Texas officials reported. The cause of the fatal accident was not available. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
