More detail on this person: Daniel G. Swan, 76, of Radcliff, KY passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at Baptist Health Hardin, Elizabethtown, KY. CW4 (RET) Swan served two tours in Vietnam as a combat helicopter pilot. He was a member of V.F.W. Post #10281, Vine Grove, KY and American Legion Post #113, Elizabethtown, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents, William & Isabel Swan; three brothers, Dick Swan, Patrick Swan and Bill Swan; one sister, Irene Seehley. Mr. Swan is survived by two sons, Daniel J. Swan (Leigh-Ellen) of Indiana, Scott Swan of Radcliff, KY; one daughter, Kelly Swan (Steve Harrington) of Radcliff, KY; his former wife & mother of his children, Marie Swan of Fort Knox, KY; two grandchildren, Miranda Swan, Dominic Swan; one sister, Kathryn Swan of Cleveland, OH; and a host of extended family & friends. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 12:30 PM, Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Funeral services for Mr. Swan will be held at 12:30 PM, Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Burial with military honors will follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
