More detail on this person: John M. Sedey, CW2 died on 19, Jan. 1987 (not 01/07/87) from complicatons of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, not bone cancer as previously listed. He had undergone a bone marrow transplant in October 1986 in Seattle. It didn't work and the cancer came back. He was sent home to Bend, Oregon where he developed pneumonia in January 1987 and died on the 19th.

He enlisted in the Oregon National Guard on discharge from the US Army. Was a helicopter pilot then flew fixed wing. At his death he was short two months of

retirement as a CW4. He was a Senior Trooper with the Oregon State Police and one of their pilots.
