Toben of Belmar, NJ; daughters, Patricia Toben-Cropper of Oakhill, VA and Jennifer Toben of Centreville, VA; sister, Cornelia A. O'Grady; and two grandchildren, Logan and Kylie Cropper. Rosary service Thursday, December 6 at COTTEN FUNERAL HOME, New Bern, NC 252-637-3181. Funeral Mass at a later date, along with burial in Arlington National Cemetery.
