Textor Quad-City Times, The (IA) - Monday, January 17, 2005 DAVENPORT - Todd Thies Textor was born April 12, 1947, in Des Moines, Iowa, and died Jan. 15, 2005, at VA Medical Center in Iowa City, Iowa, from surgical complications. He resided in Davenport where he was associated with the Indian Ridge Apartment complex. Todd was a graduate of Lincoln High School and Drake University where he was president of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. He served his country stationed in Vietnam as a commissioned flight officer in the Army. He continued flying with a reserve squadron out of Davenport for a number of years. Todd was the son of Thomas and Patricia Textor, and was preceded in death by his mother. Surviving family includes his daughter, Patricia; father, Thomas (Mary); brothers, Jack (Susan), and K.C. (Mary); and sisters, M. Kristana and Jessica. Private services honoring Todd's life will be Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2005, at Resthaven Cemetery in West Des Moines. Memorial contributions are directed to the American Heart Association.
