Additional information about this casualty:
Although assigned to 117th Avn Co on arrival in RVN 03 Oct 1963, he was transferred to HHC, 52nd Avn Bn on 02 Dec 1963. The last entry before he becomes a "patient" is 14 March 1964. He was wounded before 06 Apr 1964 - it appears he was medevaced to the States on that date, hospitalized at Letterman Gen Hosp, and died there on 30 May 1964.
