04 Nov 1970 #26 - 0930 - 198th Bde, Sgt Lark. D/1-52 at 0855H, BS562805 While resupplying D Co, 176th Avn bird recieved 3 rounds of small arms fire from approximately 300m B. Returned small arms fire. Bird took 1 hit. Resulting in 1 US pilot being wounded in action. He was dropped off at the 91st Evac. Swept area with negitive results.

Hit during resupply mission 10 KM NNW of Quang Ngai Airfield.
