Accident Summary:
While flying low level due to weather, engine failure occurred. The aircraft struck the ground in an extreme nose high-tail low attitude. The low RPM and loss of tail rotor control caused the aircraft to roll nearly inverted and impact on its left side. Fire consumed most of the cockpit area. Suspect carburetor malfunction.
