War Story:
LTC Butler was not the pilot. He was the Infantry Battalion Comander, flying in the left seat. CPT Baldwin was the Artillery Forward Observer sitting left rear. I was the pilot on that day flying in the right seat. The aircraft was struck many times in the cabin, tail and rotors, It was rendered uncontrollable.
