War Story:
Name: Jerry Berggren Email: berggrencpa@aol.com 20 January 2002. To add: Do you have information on an incident on 661217 in which a lift ship from C Troop 1/9 Cavalry was shot up resupplying an LZ. I could not find it in the Vietnam Helicopter History which I purchased thru the Museum in Rucker AL. The CP was CPT George Crawford who was shot in the legs. I believe the Pilot was Mr. Jackie Yoder and I know the Crewchief was Wayne George. Also, in your account of UH-ID 65-09809 which crashed on 661218, it did not burn. I was the crewchief and sole survivor and I am not a crispy critter! Story:
