Description: Following one of the first B-52 strike of the war in support of ground troops, the 173d Abn Bde put the 1/503d and 2/503d Abn Bns in LZs near Ben Suc and the 1/RAR midway between Ben Cat and Ben Suc. Enemy contact was light but they did uncover supply caches.
