Operation BLACKJACK 32

Description: This mobile guerrilla operation was conducted by A-304 with 126 Cambodian CIDG in eastern Phuoc Tuy Province. The force used stealth and bold action to surprise and interdict VC pathways, but the VC trackers led larger forces toward the mobile guerrillas by the afternoon of 3 April. Surrounded in a perimeter on the edge of a large clearing, the force smothered the advancing VC with airstrikes before being lifted out.
