Description: The 155th Aviation Company unit history states they assumed the mission of direct support of II Corps Headquarters with the mission to provide combat support to Vietnamese and other allied units throughout the II Corps Tactical Zone. A light team of armed helicopters and at least one transport helicopter were assigned for an indefinite period to the MACV Advisory Team in Lam Dong Province. This gun team was credited with 34 enemy kills during the months conducting their unique area clearing operations in that area.
