Description: The 7/17 Cav advanced party of 75, mostly maintenance and command personnel, landed by air at Bien Hoa and were then flown to Vung Tau and Camp Enari, Pleiku respectively. At Pleiku, the 1/10th Cav provided the reception, housing, logistical support and would assist with an in-country orientation training program.
