Description: This was the second operation to be named UNIONTOWN. Here, the 199th Light Inf Bde operations in War Zone D, Bien Hoa Province. This places the Brigade in excellent defensive positions near Bien Hoa and in proximity to the 11th ACR for the Tet offensive operations. The operation claimed 922 known enemy casualties.
