Description: The 1st Brigade, 9th Inf Div with the 3/5th Cav conducted this search and destroy, reconnaissance in force operation into Base Area 303. The 274th VC Regt was the primary enemy unit involved. They reported 8 U.S. KIAs and 84 WIAs versus 39 enemy KIAs.
