Description: The 155th Aviation Company unit history states: "Perhaps the wrost tragedy in the history of the company occured when two UH-1H helicopters collided in mid-air while flying formation during a combat assault. All personnel aboard both aircraft were killed. Four officer aviators and four enlisted crewmembers from the 155th lost their lives in this unexplained accident, along with 18 Vietnamese military passengers."
