Description: With the Battle of Dong Ha over, at 0700 USMC helicopters began lifting the 3/21st Infantry from their battalion CP to Quang Tri using 40 lifts in 11 hours. From Quang Tri, they were flown by C-123s to FSB Baldy and hence by Chinooks to FSB Colts where they returned to the 196th LIB. The 174th AHC supported the 3/21st during their stay in the Dong Ha area.
