Soldiers of the 1st Air Cav killed 85 in a week of moderate fighting with the enemy. Nineteen enemy were killed in Operation Jeb Stuart III as the PF soldiers and D/2/7th Cav were searching enemy bunkers NW of Hue, they killed 11 VC and captured five prisoners.
