Description: The 155th Aviation Company unit history states that at 0220H, Camp Coryell received 40 rounds of 60mm mortar and four B-40 rockets. One 185th RAC EM was slightly injured. The 155th's Day Room and the 165th's Prop and Rotor shop received minor damage. Three aircraft received minor damage. A sapper team consisting of two men took advantage of the attack and infiltrated through the outer western perimter. As they attempted to cut the inner fence, guards from post #5 heard the noise and fired a hand flare. They opened fire with M-60s when they saw the sappers but the enemy disappeared into the underbrush.
