Description: B/7/17 Cav flew in support of the 3/506th INF, 101st ABN and reconnoitered the northern position of the Le Fong forest. The Scouts located a suspected VC training camp. Two 3/506th INF platoons were directed in a sweep of the area which disclosed not only a training area but a small hospital and 35 pounds of medical supplies which were evacuated along with 3 small bags of documents.
