Description: The Command Chronology states that HMM-364 flew 71 sorites for 30.0 flight hours, lifting 3.0 tons of cargo and 98 troops/passengers. 14 medevac missions carried 9 emergency, 21 priority and 1 routine evacuees while expending 2,250 rounds of .50 caliber ordnance in support of the following operations and units: Taylor Common, 1st Mar Div, and MAG-16. Four fire incident was reported and (YK-14) being shot down with 6 KIA and 1 WIA. (YK-11) received 2 rounds of enemy fire, (YK-12 7/8) and (YK-3) received one per aircraft of enemy fire.
In the Casualties for the month section: CPT Bartolina, 1LT Moke, CPL Miller, and LCP Shank as KIA with CPL Tomaro, G.J. as WIA.
