Description: The 145th CAB ORLL states that the second contact of late February was on the east perimeter when an estimated battalion of the 275th VC/NVA Regiment was detected moving toward the base. During the ensuing battle approximately 290-300 enemy troops were either capture or killed. Approximately 90% were attributed to air action.
