Description: This was a Project DELTA reconnaissance mission under the operational control of the 101st Airborne Division in a swept through southwestern Quang Tri Province and the adjacent Laotian border regions. There were no significant contacts or sightings after the end of May. DELTA DAGGER I was followed by DELTA DAGGER II. These were the last Project DELTA operations.
