Description: The 119th unit history states that today the onslaught of the SW monsoon proved evident as missions were delayed with a take off at 1130 hours. All aircraft were to participate in a final extraction of LZ DORIS and LZ BUCKEYE. Narrowly slipping through low handing clouds and overcast in the Mang Yang Pass, the Gators had to shut down at Blackhawk for another two hours. Finally the mission was cancelled entirely with two birds left to resupply for the remainder of the day.
