Description: The 119th unit history states that the first part of the morning was resupplying LZ Welch and LZ Louis out of LZ Armageddon. Over 20 sorties of resupplies were airlifted to elements of the 1/12th and 1/14th Inf, 1st Bde, 4th Inf Div. At 1300 Gator kicked off a CA 7 KM west of LZ Welch with Welch as the PZ. Later on in the afternoon, the Gators and Crocs were called on a TAC-E to extract LRRPs in contact around LZ Susie. A total of three teams were extracted as Crocs 4 and 5 kept the enemy's heads down with mini-gun fire and 10 lb rockets.
