More detail on this person: HUBERT "BILL" S. CAMPBELL JR. HUBERT "BILL" S. CAMPBELL JR., 72, of Tampa died Monday in Tampa. A native of Chicago, he moved to Tampa in 1972 from Alabama. He was a retired Army colonel, veteran of World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War, Protestant and a member of the Davis Islands Yacht Club and the Retired Officers Association. He is survived by a son, Robert R. of Tampa; three daughters, Constance S. Johnson of Sterling, Va., Martha Campbell-Thompson of Micanopy and Mary Campbell Feinberg of St. Petersburg; and eight grandchildren. Curry & Son Funeral Home, MacDill Avenue Chapel
