More detail on this person: Crashed while flying a 1975 Bell JetRanger near Salem, OH. Toxicology test indicated Fausnight was intoxicated when his aircraft crashed in northeast Ohio killing all five people aboard. Although not formally diagnosed, it is widely believed that Mr. Fausnight was a victim of PTSD resulting from his service in Vietnam.
