Greene, U.S. Army (Ret.), 65, passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2012, in San Antonio. He was born in Phoenix, AZ, on March 9, 1946. A Vietnam War veteran and a world-class father, Jeffery was also an avid sportsman and fisherman. He had many friends who loved him and will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his father, Frederick A. Greene. Survivors include his daughter Nicole Greene; mother Helen Mary Kranz; brother Fred Greene and sister Marsha Kelly. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 21, from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. with a Celebration of Life service beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
