More detail on this person: Thomas German "Tommy" Gambrill GAMBRILL - THOMAS GERMAN "TOMMY" GAMBRILL, died instantly in a private airplane crash at Annaheim, CA, on July 18, 1975. Chief Warrant Officer, U.S. Army, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. George G. Gambrill of 9303 Bandock Rd [Richmond, VA]. Also in the plane crash and badly injured were his wife, Lucy B. Gambrill; Mrs. Gambrill's brother and two friends. Mr. Gambrill was piloting the plane, which was on a pleasure trip. Burial will be in Richmond. Funeral arrangements incomplete.
