More detail on this person: Jack Klotz KLOTZ Jack Klotz, 54, of Jacksonville, died Monday, August 4, 2003 at his home. Born on August 5, 1948 in Johnstown, PA, he was a City of Jacksonville Beach Fireman. Mr. Klotz was a veteran of the Vietnam and Gulf War, serving in the United States Army, and was a retired helicopter pilot with the Florida National Guard. Survivors include his sons, Jeff and Chris Klotz of Jacksonville Beach, and their mother, Diane Dorsch; his parents, John and Elizabeth Klotz of Johnstown, PA; siblings, Joe Klotz (Elaine), Kathy Spaid, Libbie Hatmaker (Jerry), Debbie Cianflone (Joe), Terri Potaka (Dennis), Mary Jo Serrano (Julian), and Mike Klotz (Carol). Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, August 8, 2003 at First Christian Church of the Beaches with Rev. Mahlon S. Dixon, Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday (Today) at HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach.
