More detail on this person: Mr Patrick J Politi, 49 FUNERAL NOTICES Palm Beach Post, The (FL) - Thursday, October 22, 1998 49, of Hobe Sound, FL, died Tuesday, October 20, 1998 after a long struggle with cancer, at Martin Memorial Hospital South in Stuart. He was born in Mount Kisco, NY, and had been a resident of Hobe Sound for 20 years, coming from Fairfield, CT. He was a veteran helicopter pilot of the Vietnam Conflict. Mr. Politi was a helicopter pilot with Flight Safety International in West Palm Beach for the past 20 years. He enjoyed memberships with numerous aircraft affiliations. Survivors include his parents, Victor & Meta Politi of Fairfield, CT; two sisters, Amy Wallace of Seymour, CT and Peggie Sudak of Bethany, CT; one brother, Douglas Politi of Easton, CT; nine nieces and nephews; many cousins; and aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by a brother, Bruce V. Politi. The family suggests contributions to Hobe Sound National Wildlife Refuge, 13640 Federal Highway, Hobe Sound, FL 33455 or New England Air Museum in Windsor Locks, CT. Friends may call Friday, October 23, 1998 at the AYCOCK FUNERAL HOME in Jupiter from 6:00 9:00 PM. A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 24, 1990 at the AYCOCK FUNERAL HOME, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL with Dr. Earl Comfort of the Grace Immanuel Bible Church of Jupiter, officiating.
