More detail on this person: Brig. Gen. Leo E. Soucek was interred Sept. 10, 2013, with full military honors at Arlington National Cemetery following a memorial Mass at Fort Meyer Chapel. He served his country in combat in Korea, Vietnam and Iraq, and traveled the world during his 27-year military career, followed by 20 years with Lockheed-Martin as consultant assault-helicopter development warfare. His loving family bids him farewell; wife, Evelyn, Potomac, Md.; daughter, Leanne, Boulder, Colo.; sons, Leo Jr., Maine, and Steven, colonel, U.S. Army, of Virginia; brothers, Edward, Radford, and Frank, Harrisonburg; sister, Evelyn; and grandchildren, Jasmine, Josh, Lucy, Emma, Sarah and Adeline.
