He served in the Air National Guard, Air Calvary and retired from the U.S. Army. Rex was a flight trainer in Fort Wolters, TX and a helicopter pilot in the Vietnam War where he received two purple hearts. Survivors include a son, Rex Alfred Wall, III, Seattle, WA, 2 daughters, Leslie Dickson, Kansas City, MO and Lizabeth "Beth" Ross, Powell, MO, brother, Terry Wall, Tulsa, OK, 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
